Shenzhen News<\/strong> I was born in a teacher’s home and grew up in a university environment.I know the story of Shenzhen’s reform and opening up in the spring.I once believed in the value that everything is inferior, only reading is high. I didn’t expect to be design company bosses in China<\/a>.
After the Spring Festival holiday, I quit my job and moved to Shenzhen in the spring of 1996.<\/p>\n

Shenzhen’s reform and opening up has made great changes in the city<\/p>\n

My first job was in a foreign company. Shenzhen News starting from the bottom salesman position, I achieved the management step by step. The first overturned value in my work: learn to talk about interests.
For anyone and anything, I must first discuss the distribution of their respective interests and strive to achieve a win-win situation, which is the greatest fairness to each other.
I am mainly responsible for negotiating the price, delivery date and quality of hundreds of suppliers. If a supplier doesn’t talk about interests or doesn’t talk clearly, I usually refuse to cooperate and choose another supplier.
I’m not a chicken thief. I’ve seen colleagues being calculated, not talking about interests, just to wipe others dry, or kidnap others morally, and then get rid of myself.
Any cooperation has its own demands, ranging from countries to countries and from people to people. It is also a broad and profound knowledge to face interests calmly and talk about interests clearly.
Just don’t be a slave of interests. At least leave yourself a space where you don’t talk about interests to nourish your heart and make life more interesting and better.<\/p>\n
